Pour over that a can of rotel tomatoes. If your food processor is too small, put everything in a blender & make your puree that way. Rotel dip will start to get harder as it cools down. I like it in a pinch, i suppose, but usually i find the whole rotel/velveeta thing pretty limited and bland.
